This job seeker reviewed the company website and used ChatGPT, pasting the job description and their resume (with personal information removed), and asked it to list example interview questions and answers. She then tailored those answers to sound like herself, using the answers as a reference. In addition, she researched each interviewer to get to know their work history.
Questions Asked by the Interviewer
Why do you want to work for our company? They want to know why the company fits with you, not just how great the company is.
What are your strengths? Choose strengths that show your ability to do that particular job.
What is your leadership style? Use a specific example of when you've demonstrated leadership.
What do you see yourself accomplishing in the first 30/60/90 days on the job? You don't need to list every single thing you'd do; rather, concentrate on a few areas of focus for each of those time periods.
What is the biggest challenge you've faced professionally, and how did you overcome it? Give a specific example and don't forget to state what you learned from it.
Questions to Ask Your Interviewer
Do you like the leadership style at this company, and is there anything you would change about the way it operates now? This can give you big clues about the corporate culture!
What are the biggest challenges a person in this position will face?
What does a successful person in this role look like?
What project are you most proud of at this company to date and why?
