Stephanie Ferguson is the director of global employment policy & special initiatives at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Ferguson's portfolio is comprised of unemployment insurance and international labor policy. Ferguson also oversees the U.S. Chamber's Data Centers. In this role, Ferguson keeps the Chamber’s members and audience informed about the current state of the workforce, advocates for unemployment insurance modernization, and represents the Chamber and U.S. employers’ international labor interests through various working groups, serving as a delegate to the International Labor Conference, and attending various business and human rights conferences.

Ferguson began her career working for Senator Dean Heller (R-NV) and subsequently worked on the public policy team at Amazon. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish Language & Literature as well as her Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Nevada.
