Know your worth

For the past few weeks, we've been seeing companies require people to return to the office, and just last week, the termination of government telework agreements. In addition, both companies and the government have withdrawn or significantly reduced diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and the government cut off domestic and international development funding. Many people have been forced out or expect to lose their jobs soon. The breadth of this impact on livelihoods will be far reaching.

It's hard to say how everything will play out going forward, but I do know that it's even more important now to know your value and how to position yourself for what you deserve. As two former clients, a director of development and instructional coach, put it:

“We are working against enough headwinds (pay inequity, division of household labor, gender and racial inequity, etc.) so to tap into professionals to show us another angle of how to position ourselves is critical.”

"Your work, support, and guidance have made a huge impact on my professional and overall life journey, ability to present myself and reflect on accomplishments.”

You're not alone if you're feeling a lot of uncertainty and doubt right now. We're here to help. You can schedule a complimentary call with me at the button below.
