AI Prompts to Help with Interviewing

There are a lot of AI tools popping up that people say could assist or already do help companies with interviewing. But how can YOU use AI to help you prepare for interviews? 

ChatGPT can almost act as a coach as you prepare for interviews. While not exactly the same as getting feedback from a human, it can be useful especially if you're in a time crunch. 

This first prompt may be counterintuitive because it sounds as if it's from the employer's point of view, but it can help you determine what you may be asked! This will allow you to better prepare answers. 

What is a question I can ask during a job interview to show the candidate demonstrates these skills: [skill A, skill B]? Insert skills A, B, etc. from the vacancy announcement. 

The following two prompts will actually create a dialogue between you and ChatGPT, coaching you through your interview answers. 

1) Act as an interviewer. I got shortlisted for the position of a [job title] at a [type of company] so I want to prepare accordingly. Don't reply to this prompt all at once, follow a conversational style so I can give you my answers too.

2) I want you to act as an interviewer. I will be the candidate and you will ask me the interview questions for the [insert position] position. I want you to reply as the interviewer and also give me feedback for each answer in the end. Ask me the questions and wait for my answers like an interviewer does. My first sentence is "Hi"
