How are you holding up?

We are ALL experiencing unique challenges as never before.

Some of us are on furlough, have lost a job, or taken a pay cut.

Some of us were forced to cancel a long-awaited trip. Some of us are alone. Some of us are working at home for the first time. Some of us are working at home while homeschooling kids and taking care of toddlers. Some of us are sick.

No one knows what the future holds though we know things will be different. Almost everyone across the world is affected in some way. We are literally in this together.

And all we can ask of ourselves is that we do the best we can, one day at a time.

In the short video below I talk about the simple coping strategies that are helping me get through each day, and what I learned after feeling totally wiped out at the end of week three of stay-at-home/no school.

If the tips in the video help you, and if you think it could help someone else, please share this post. Remember, we are ALL in this together.

Stay safe, healthy, and keep laughing.
