What to Ask an Interviewer

Changing jobs is a major life event because we spend most of our week at work.

Don't treat an interview as nothing more than a chance to sell yourself to an employer.

You need to make the employer sell to YOU.

Do your own due diligence. Key points:

- Engage throughout the interview to make sure you're clear on what you will be doing day to day

- Ask: what are the biggest challenges a person in this role will face?

- Ask: is this a new position? What is the turnover like in this role?

- Ask: What do you love about working here and what would you change if you could?
