Do you need that degree or certification? It depends on your goals.

Here's what I did to help me figure it out:

- Look at job requirements across postings that I found most interesting

- Reach out to alumni and other connections to ask about their experiences

In the end, it not only solidified my decision to pursue an MBA, but also led me to figure out where I wanted to study.
